It has the sole purpose to make the world a beautiful place where people can breathe happily and achieve a beautiful body with sane or yogic mind. Whether it is mythology or science, we all know Human life is a wonderful journey. It is a God-given gift that we have taken birth as a human being. We have indefinite power / super power, which we can’t even imagine.
But despite all these virtues of human beings, why aren’t we leading a healthy life?
Many people know the answer, but still don’t know how to change or switch to it.

With 10 years of experience in holistic health and yoga, I guide individuals on their transformative journey to lose weight, reduce stress, balance hormones, and build lasting energy, not through heavy exercises and diet, but through lifestyle changes that honor your body’s natural rhythm.

How My Journey Started.
Hi Suman Saurabh here, (Founder of Sufal Yog) qualified as an MBA Finance, started my career with one of the renowned companies -TCS at Kolkata after working in two – three more corporations. Apart from studying, I have learned Yoga and dance for 10 years to keep myself fit, happy, and healthy as my passion. While working in the corporate world, I have always tried to keep my passion alive, but somewhere it could not last long.

My Story: From Pain to Purpose
I was diagnosed with L4-L5 disc bulges in my lower back. The pain was intense, and my condition had worsened to the point where doctors recommended surgery, even not to conceive baby. Hey, It was a turning point in my life. Here the journey of opting for surgery, I chose to explore natural healing through yoga, mindful movement, and holistic wellness.
My recovery journey sparked a deep curiosity about yoga and staying fit—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. So Finally, Through years of learning, growing, and investing in various yoga and wellness programs, I transformed my passion into purpose—today, I proudly serve as a Health Coach and Yoga Instructor.
I believe that “daily practice of Yoga, taking care of nutrition, is a celebration of life.”
I believe true wellness is not about quick fixes, but about creating simple, sustainable habits that align with your body and lifestyle. I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way.

Hanumanasana
Hanumanasana (Monkey Pose) is a deep forward split that stretches the hamstrings, groin, and hip flexors. It symbolizes the leap of Lord Hanuman and builds flexibility, balance, and devotion.

Eka Pada Rajakapotasana
Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (One-Legged King Pigeon Pose) is a deep backbend and hip opener that enhances flexibility in the hips, spine, and shoulders. It also promotes emotional release and improves posture.

Bhujangasana
Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) is a gentle backbend that strengthens the spine and opens the chest and shoulders. It helps relieve stress and improve flexibility in the back.
Well–functioning body, whether it could be achieved?
Yes, Yoga has divine /supreme power to achieve such well-functioning body. Well we can understand the same by this example. Let’s see a computer. Computer parts being hardware only functions when the software works in it. Further, whatever, we work on the same say software / hardware, the same gets result and saved when the memory card functions. Similarly, body being hardware functions only when it is with the software so called soul. While the both will give result when the memory card viz. Mind works simultaneously. Yoga creates good harmony among all three and keeps them updated about the changes and prepares them to fight against external factors. Hence, there are ample examples which proved that well -functioning body could be attained by practicing Yoga.
